A replacement key service is available. For security reasons, keys will only be issued to users who have retained proof of purchase and have logged their key number via this website or by returning the registration slip supplied with the product at time of purchase. Once you have registered, in the event of key loss, the manufacturer will endeavour to supply a replacement key (a charge will apply to cover the cost of the key and postage). Please note this is NOT an emergency or express service and you should typically allow up to 8 weeks for delivery. On extremely rare occasions it may not be possible to supply replacement keys. It is highly recommended you split your keys up after purchasing the product and keep one of them in a safe place (that you will also remember!) and only rely upon the replacement key service when time is NOT of the essence. |
